Shipping policy

We carefully handcraft and pack every Deydream order from our workshop in Minden, Te Puna, New Zealand.

Processing Time

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 2 business days of receiving your order.

Shipping

We ship throughout New Zealand using tracked courier services. Where available, orders are sent via overnight courier, although delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping is a flat rate of NZ$9.95 per order.

If purchasing $155 or more shipping is FREE

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is confirmed as lost in transit by the courier, we will replace your order at no additional cost.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and products so we can help resolve the issue promptly.
